UNIGLASS INSULATED GLASS WARRANTY

Uniglass Insulated glass units (IG’s) carry a ten years warranty against seal failure from the date of manufacture. This warranty covers any material obstruction of vision resulting from dust, moisture or film formations on the internal surfaces of the glass which are caused by a failure of the seal due to improper manufacturing.

All insulated glass units are inspected prior to delivery or pick up. All products are purchased from proven manufacturers and fabricated within industry guidelines.

Uniglass reserves the sole right to inspect the unit in question and determine in their discretion whether any conditions exist which would void the warranty. The warranty will be void if the unit has been:

• Mishandled or there is evidence of tampering.
• Improperly installed.
• Exposed to foreign materials or solutions such as, but not limited to, cleaning prod ucts that may contain abrasives or any other solution that can react to the insu-lated seal or glass.
• Tinting or window film has been applied.

Glass is broken or scratched due to negligence by the owner or any other sub contractor that may be performing work in the area of the insulated glass unit.

There are no other warranties that extend beyond the description given by this warranty. This warranty is provided to and is only for the immediate customer. Proof of original purchase will be required and provided to Uniglass before any resolution or services are rendered.

Our warranty is pro-rated and only covers the glass and not the labor to install it.
